Directions to make 6 sausages.
1) Put 125g of sausage mix into a bowl, add 175ml of boiling water and tsp sunflower oil, stir well and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
2) With wet hands form into sausage shapes
3) Fry on the hob in a little oil or grill or BBQ. Or in the oven - preheat to 200C/180C Fan/gas 6 and bake your sausages on a lightly greased baking tray for 20 minutes and turn once until cooked thoroughly.
