Bakehouse 24 sourdough bread made in Ringwood made with organic local flour from Cann Mills which we also stock. This bread does contain gluten but it is suitable for gluten intolerance but not celiacs. Sourdough is great for your guts health because it is fermented, it contains more nutrients than regular bread and easier to digest.
Ingredients: (Signature Sourdough Bread base) White (80%), Wholemeal and Rye Flour, Salt, Water and Live Culture topped with mixed seeds.
