Cooking Instructions
1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight or boil some water then let it sit for 2 hours.
2. Rinse, add to pan and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 60 minutes or until soft.
4. Drain and serve.
