ALLERGENS: None present in the product itself but allergens are present on the premises it is packed in therefore may be a small risk of cross contamination. However we make every effort to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
1. Rinse and add to pan.
2. Add 2 cups of water per cup of raw or un-soaked buckwheat.
3. Bring to the boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Buckwheat is not actually wheat at all. It can be enjoyed in place of other grains such rice, couscous or quinoa. It can also be used as porridge and topped with your favourite healthy toppings.
