Rusk [fortified wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt], dried SOYA protein, palm oil, stabiliser (methycellulose), Rice Flour, salt, SOYA flour, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, flavourings (contain BARLEY), Colour (Beetroot Red).
Directions to make 6 sausages.
1) Put 150g of sausage mix into a bowl, add 250ml of COLD water and mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
2) With wet hands form into sausage shapes
3) Fry on the hob in a little oil or grill or BBQ. Or in the oven - preheat to 200C/180C Fan/gas 6 and bake your sausages on a lightly greased baking tray for 20 minutes and turn once until cooked thoroughly.
