The signature sourdough consists of 80% white sourdough, and a 20% blend of rye and wholemeal sourdough.

Bakehouse 24 sourdough bread made in Ringwood made with organic local flour from Cann Mills which we also stock. This bread does contain gluten but may be suitable for gluten intolerance but not celiacs. Sourdough is great for your guts health because it is fermented, it contains more nutrients than regular bread and easier to digest.
Ingredients: Strong Wholemeal Flour, Salt, Water and Live Culture.
