Smooth, creamy and garlicky mayo made with aquafaba as a plant-based substitute for eggs so that vegans can enjoy it too! Aquafaba is the nutrient-rich water left over from cooking chickpeas which would normally be thrown away.
The surplus ingredient in our mayo is Aquafaba. We work in partnership with a hummus manufacturer in Cardiff to collect up all of the leftover water from their cooked chickpeas
