ALLERGENS: None present in the product itself but allergens are present on the premises it is packed in therefore may be a small risk of cross contamination. However we make every effort to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
Use in vegetarian stews in the same way as various other beans for added nutrition, fibre and vegan protein.
1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight.
2. Rinse, add to pan and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes or until tender.
4. Drain and serve.
