Cooking Instructions

1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight.

2. Rinse, add to saucepan and bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.

4. Drain and serve.

Use their sweet and nutty umami goodness to make top-notch stews, soups and savoury dishes. But adukis will also serve you well in creating satisfying desserts as well as Japanese, Chinese and other Far Eastern classics like dim sum.
